About The Doctor John F. Rubin, M.D. John F. Rubin, M.D. is a Board Certified Internist practicing in Boca Raton since 1996. He was born in Baltimore, MD in 1960. He did his undergraduate work and received a BA in Anthropology from Emory University in 1982. He attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine in 1986. He moved to Miami, where he did his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital, completing his training in 1989. He practiced as an Emergency Room physician in West Palm Beach until he went into private practice in 1996 in Internal Medicine. Dr. Rubin has been in solo practice in Boca Raton since 1999, where he currently serves as Chief of Medicine at Boca Raton Community Hospital. His family includes his wife, Sheri, and his two daughters, Paige and Allie.
